HRE Opened their doors to the public once again on July 14th and the event was awesome. Not only were all the HRE folks extremely welcoming, but there was a great turnout with some amazing cars. I had heard that last years open house was pretty cool so it was obvious I had to go, but it also helped considering I live about 5 minutes from their headquarters.
I showed up around 8:45 so was lucky enough to snag a few shots with very littleĀ interruption. Not only was HRE out front reppin’ their wheels, but HG Motorsports, Targa Trophy, 5&A Dime, Stance Works and several other vendors were in attendance. I took about 300 shots, but here are the ones worth looking at.
The S4 below was my favorite car in attendance. It was sporting a set of HRE 501 3 Piece wheels with a black face and a super unique bronze lip.
A few amazing 335′s showed up reppin’ LTBMW. Owning a 335i myself made me pretty envious of these bimmers.
I’d like to give a shout out to Stance|Works. If you haven’t checked out their site yet make sure you do. They have some amazing photo skills and shoot some really unique cars. “Low Is A Lifestyle”
The banged up wheel below belongs to professional driver Rhys Millen. HRE laid this pair out to show how well their removable rings protect the valve stem, the tire and the overall integrity of their wheels. Simply remove the ARP fasteners, slap on a new ring and the wheel is ready for its next race.
Until next time…
